Efficient and friendly staff. Will keep using them. Appointment for oil change was at 8 didn’t finish until 10. Usually doesn’t take this long.

I am from the east coast and working in Montana. I was anxious about finding a reputable place to service my Promaster (which is my traveling home). Finding Butte Auto has been a Godsend!. Easy to make an appointment, fair pricing, great service department and reliable work. I’ve used them twice already and will continue as long as I am in the area.

The folks at Butte Auto Chrysler/Dodge/Jeep/Ram are awesome! I drive from Bozeman because I appreciate the services and friendly folks to work with. They are patient and honest and will work hard to get things covered with any warranties you may have. Their prices are fair and the quality of work is great. I've had everything done from oil changes to new struts put in and been happy with all of it. I often sit in and wait during repairs of which the folks in the building are friendly. Whether I'm on my computer prepping as a teacher or there with my newborn in a stroller, it always been a comfortable and nice environment. Be patient and respectful as they are busy and definitely think about bringing your vehicle into them next time you need!

I have an old jeep grand Wagoneer, and the folks in the service department. Do a great job of helping me maintain her.

Very pleased! Took in my Jeep because the engine light. I bought it used( elsewhere) about 8 months ago, And it had 2 recalls they fixed them and the other issues in a very timely manner. The ladies in the service department were such a pleasure to deal with, thank you!
