I would like to thank Scott and Tom from Butte Auto, for what could have been a hugh issue and made it fixable. I made it on time for my legal stuff due to her passing. Tom and Scott did not give up and got us fixed up and on are way. There is no way I could ever thank you both. Customer service above and beyond.

Great service, Jennifer is always great and the detailer did an amazing job.

I am from the east coast and working in Montana. I was anxious about finding a reputable place to service my Promaster (which is my traveling home). Finding Butte Auto has been a Godsend!. Easy to make an appointment, fair pricing, great service department and reliable work. I’ve used them twice already and will continue as long as I am in the area.

Had a warranty issue while traveling across the country. The service staff were understanding and very helpful at Butte Auto GM. The entire staff listed to the story and had the solution. They got me in almost immediately and had me back on the road in 3 hours!

Oil change was done in a timely manner and the service advisor called to let me know when it was ready

Everyone at Butte Auto is professional and courteous.

Once again Butte Auto came to our rescue. We actually drive from Bozeman to have our Jeep serviced here. They always complete the issue before the date given, and Jennifer, in service, is a pleasure to work with. She makes us feel like family.

Makenna was so easy to work with. She walked us through all the steps needed to get the deal done. Recommend buying from her. If I could give more stars I would.

Excellent Customer Service!

Jennifer in service is the best at assisting. Unfortunately our vehicle is not the best and seems to spend more time in the shop than in our garage.

Scott,Jeff,and Randy were all great to work when buying my new Forester. They have the best service shop around. They treat myself and my Mother with respect.
