Jennifer in service is the best at assisting. Unfortunately our vehicle is not the best and seems to spend more time in the shop than in our garage.

This dealership was phenomenal. We combed through hundreds of vehicles, at numerous dealerships, and were disgusted by their disrespect and dishonesty. Ryan and Cole at Butte Auto were unmatched... they exceeded the customer service at any other place, by a long shot. We ultimately chose the vehicle we did, because of them and the professionalism of Butte Auto. Jennifer in finance was amazing as well, super friendly and accommodating. Again, highly recommend. I would like to thank Scott and Tom from Butte Auto, for what could have been a hugh issue and made it fixable. I made it on time for my legal stuff due to her passing. Tom and Scott did not give up and got us fixed up and on are way. There is no way I could ever thank you both. Customer service above and beyond.

Had a warranty issue while traveling across the country. The service staff were understanding and very helpful at Butte Auto GM. The entire staff listed to the story and had the solution. They got me in almost immediately and had me back on the road in 3 hours!

Once again Butte Auto came to our rescue. We actually drive from Bozeman to have our Jeep serviced here. They always complete the issue before the date given, and Jennifer, in service, is a pleasure to work with. She makes us feel like family.

Efficient and friendly staff. Will keep using them. Appointment for oil change was at 8 didn’t finish until 10. Usually doesn’t take this long.
