Pay
- $20-$40 per hour, flat rate
-Depends on Experience and certifications - Up to $20,000 Signing Bonus/Moving Assistance
- Semimonthly pay on the 10th and 25th of each month
Hours
Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:30pm., Optional 3- and 4-day work
weeks.

Responsibilities
- Perform work specified on the Repair Order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
- Correctly diagnose drivability issues in a timely manner, the first time
- Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well informed of any additional services needed or recommended.
- Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
- Provide excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s experience comes first.
- Other duties as assigned by supervisor.
Qualifications
Required
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screening and background check
- Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment
- Excellent customer service skills
- Basic computer skills
- Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
- Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
- Ability to collaborate effectively
- Ability to learn new technology, repair, service procedures, and specifications
Preferred
- 5+ years of Service Technician experience
- ASE Certification
- A-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
- Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
