Pay

  • $20-$40 per hour, flat rate
    -Depends on Experience and certifications
  • Up to $20,000 Signing Bonus/Moving Assistance
  • Semimonthly pay on the 10th and 25th of each month

 

Hours

 

Hours of Operation: Monday – Friday 7:30am – 5:30pm., Optional 3- and 4-day work
weeks.

Responsibilities

  • Perform work specified on the Repair Order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership policies and procedures.
  • Correctly diagnose drivability issues in a timely manner, the first time
  • Test drive vehicles, and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and specialized service equipment.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are well informed of any additional services needed or recommended.
  • Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
  • Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
  • Provide excellent customer service keeping in mind that our customer’s experience comes first.
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

Qualifications

 

Required

  • High school diploma or GED equivalent
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
  • Willing to submit to pre-employment drug screening and background check
  • Ambitious, hardworking presence in a team environment
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Positive, friendly attitude, along with a customer service mentality
  • Enjoy working in a dynamic environment
  • Ability to collaborate effectively
  • Ability to learn new technology, repair, service procedures, and specifications

 

 

Preferred

  • 5+ years of Service Technician experience
  • ASE Certification
  • A-level qualifications, including Diagnostic, Electrical, and Engine Repair
  • Broad knowledge of new vehicle technologies
  • Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
